Age
- 21 or older for everyday cars, SUVs and EVs
- $19 per day young driver fee from 21 to 24
- 25 or older for the BMW 430i, Porsche 911 and Corvette
- No upper age limit
Driver's license
- Valid, unexpired license in the driver's name
- Held for at least 1 year (3 years for exotics)
- International visitors: home license plus passport
- International Driving Permit if your license is not in the Roman alphabet
Payment and deposit
- Major credit card in the main driver's name
- Everyday cars: $300 hold on credit, $400 on debit
- Debit cards need a return travel itinerary
- Exotics: $2,000 to $2,500 hold, credit cards only
Insurance
- Florida minimum liability included on every rental
- Your own auto policy or premium card may cover damage
- Standard protection: $16 per day, $1,000 deductible
- Full Coverage: $24 per day, zero deductible

Many premium cards offer secondary or primary collision coverage if you pay with the card and decline our protection. Call your card issuer before your trip and ask whether coverage applies in Florida and to the car class you are renting.
The main driver must be present with their license and card at pickup. Additional drivers can be added at the counter or in the app.
Your valid home country license, your passport, and a credit card in your name. Add an International Driving Permit if your license is not printed in the Roman alphabet.
